After receipt of your obligatory deposit of 30% of your holiday costs (at least \u20ac 150.00), the reservation is considered binding. We accept credit cards or free transfers under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

Deposit (30%) immediately upon booking or no later than 1 week after booking
\nBooking within 30 days before arrival:
\n– Credit card
\n\u2013 Send proof of transfer via email or fax to reception
\n– Take the receipt with you
\nShort-term booking: At check-in we ask you to pay 30% of your planned holiday costs (at least \u20ac 150.00).<\/p>\n

Please note, however, that we charge 3.5% of the payment amount for the use of American Express and Diners Club credit cards.<\/p>\n

In order to save you trouble and financial disadvantages, but also to ensure more security on vacation, the Hotelstorno Plus insurance of the Europ\u00e4ische Reiseversicherung is included free of charge with a direct booking. If you have not booked directly with us, we still recommend this to you. By clicking on the Europ\u00e4ische Reiseversicherung link and following the steps, you can take out Hotelstorno Plus insurance yourself directly online.<\/p>\n
